You can update your ConnectWise PSA integration settings directly through the SyncSmart UI without needing to contact support. Follow these steps:
Log in to the SyncSmart UI
On the main application screen, locate the ConnectWise for HubSpot app
Click the cogwheel (settings) icon to the right of the app
This will take you to the Configure ConnectWise Authentication page
Select the ellipsis (three dots) next to your connected ConnectWise configuration
Choose "Update" from the menu
In the Edit Authentication screen, update the following fields as needed for your new cloud instance:
Company ID
Company Website
Public Key
Private Key
Save your changes
Once these values are updated, your integration will automatically connect to the new cloud-based ConnectWise instance. If you encounter any issues during or after the migration, contact SyncSmart support for assistance.
