When migrating your ConnectWise PSA instance from on-premises to the cloud, you'll need to update your SyncSmart integration to connect to the new cloud-based URL. This ensures your integration continues working seamlessly after the migration.

You can update your ConnectWise PSA integration settings directly through the SyncSmart UI without needing to contact support. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the SyncSmart UI

  2. On the main application screen, locate the ConnectWise for HubSpot app

  3. Click the cogwheel (settings) icon to the right of the app

  1. This will take you to the Configure ConnectWise Authentication page

  2. Select the ellipsis (three dots) next to your connected ConnectWise configuration

  3. Choose "Update" from the menu

  1. In the Edit Authentication screen, update the following fields as needed for your new cloud instance:

    • Company ID

    • Company Website

    • Public Key

    • Private Key

  1. Save your changes
