Field Reference: Contact

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Summary

The Contact is the marketable version of a member — the object you build lists and workflows on. This reference covers the synced contact properties you're most likely to use, what each holds, and whether it's a good field to segment on. For how contacts fit alongside the SGA Member object, see The Object Model.

Contacts are created only for members at or above the contact age threshold. Younger children exist as SGA Member records instead — see Households, Minors, and Who Receives Program Emails.
