Two especially confusable terms

Activity vs. Activity Occurrence

  • An Activity is the thing — "Toddler Swim Lessons, Tuesdays at 10am." Synced to HubSpot as a Course.

  • An Activity Occurrence is one time slot of that thing — "Toddler Swim Lessons on May 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM." Synced to HubSpot as a Deal.

Membership/MultiPass (product) vs. Membership/MultiPass Purchased (transaction)

  • The product is what's offered for sale ("Annual Family Membership"). Synced to HubSpot as an App Object record.

  • The purchase is when someone buys it. Synced to HubSpot as a Deal, linked back to the App Object.
