How To Map Newly Created NetSuite Fields in SyncSmart

When new fields are created in NetSuite, they need to be properly mapped in SyncSmart before they can be synchronized with your connected systems.
Refreshing metadata for new fields
If a new field is created in NetSuite, you'll need to refresh the metadata before it will appear in the SyncSmart UI. This ensures that SyncSmart can detect and work with the newly created fields.
Special field types
If you need assistance mapping a new NetSuite field that doesn't appear in the SyncSmart interface after refreshing metadata, or if you're working with an unsupported field type, please contact our support team. We can configure the mapping manually and ensure your data syncs correctly.
Once the field is properly mapped, it will sync automatically as soon as the field is populated on your records.
