Unable to access SyncSmart UI with HubSpot login

If users are unable to access the SyncSmart UI using their HubSpot login, even when they have super admin permissions, this is typically due to missing HubSpot marketplace permissions.
Solution
To resolve this issue, you need to grant the affected users the HubSpot App Marketplace Access permission in HubSpot.
Here's how to do this:
Log into your HubSpot account as a super admin
Navigate to Settings > Users & Teams
Find the user who needs access to SyncSmart
Edit their user permissions
Grant them the HubSpot App Marketplace Access permission
Save the changes
Once this permission is granted, the user should be able to access the SyncSmart UI using their HubSpot login credentials.
Why this happens
Even users with super admin permissions may not automatically have marketplace access permissions. The HubSpot App Marketplace Access permission is specifically required to interact with third-party applications like SyncSmart that are installed through the HubSpot marketplace.
