Installing SyncSmart's Integration Bundle in NetSuite

Installing the integration bundle in NetSuite is a crucial step in setting up the integration. This is what gets your NetSuite system "talking" to our integration tech.

Instructions for Netsuite Admin:

  • Log in to NetSuite and go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.

  • Search for "SyncSmart" and locate "SyncSmart HubSpot <> NetSuite" (Bundle ID 335661).

  • Click Install — it may take up to 5 minutes, and a green checkmark confirms success

Additionally, please create a user for us to service your Netsuite account with using hubspot+[company domain]@syncsmart.io
