Installing Netsuite+HubSpot Integration

Instructions for Netsuite Admin:

• Log in to NetSuite and go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.

• Search for "SyncSmart" and locate "SyncSmart HubSpot <> NetSuite" (Bundle ID 335661).

• Click Install — it may take up to 5 minutes, and a green checkmark confirms success

Additionally, please create a user for us to service your Netsuite account with using hubspot+[company domain]@syncsmart.io

Instructions for HubSpot Admin:

Please use this link to grant us partner admin access to your HubSpot portal.

Instructions for SyncSmart Admin:

• NEXT Install Link: https://syncsmart-git-staging-sync-smart.vercel.app/configurations/netsuite

• Add webhook URL to SyncSmart bundle

• Optional: Install the Netsuite Quote CRM Extension
