Please fill in the following details:

  • Your Name – so we know who to reach out to

  • Your Email Address – where we’ll send our response

  • Company Name (if applicable) – helps us understand your setup

  • Subject or Summary – a brief overview of your request or issue

  • Description or Details – include as much information as possible, such as screenshots, error messages, or specific steps you’ve taken so we can assist effectively.  There is a list of items that really help us in assisting you on the form.

Step 3: Submit Your Request

Once all necessary fields are filled, click Submit to send your request directly to our Support team.

Step 4: After Submission

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging we’ve received your request.

  • A Support representative will review your submission and get back to you shortly.

  • If we require more information, we’ll reach out—otherwise, we’ll follow up with resolution updates or next steps.
