If you are having trouble with your HubSpot + Wix App, please review the following to troubleshoot your integration. 

Be sure to select your HubSpot portal

Your integration will not work unless you select the HubSpot portal you want to use. You can only select one HubSpot portal with one Wix website. 

Uninstall your old Wix integration

If you have previously installed a Wix + HubSpot integration, this could be blocking our app from working. To uninstall the old app, follow these steps:

  1. In your HubSpot portal, navigate to Setting -> Integrations -> Connected Apps. The old app is titled “WixHubSpotPublic.”
  2. Click “More” then “Uninstall” 

Turn off pop up blockers and ad blockers

It’s possible that your pop up and ad blockers are preventing our install window from opening. Please turn off your pop up and ad blockers or use a browser that does not have pop up blockers and retry the installation process.
