This setup guide will walk you through the steps to create your free HubDB HQ account and connect your HubSpot portal.
Create a HubDB HQ account
Before you can connect your HubSpot portal to the HubDB HQ, you first need to create a HubDB HQ account with SyncSmart, the provider of the HubDB HQ.
NOTE: There is no limit to the number of users in your HubSpot account that can create a HubDB HQ account. However, the first two steps to connect the app through the HubSpot marketplace will only work for the first user. Any additional users please go directly to the registration page here.
In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon in the main navigation bar, then select App Marketplace.
Search for the HubDB HQ integration, and select HubDB HQ in the results. In the top right, click Connect app.
You'll be redirected to the registration page.
Enter your information including Name and Email address and click the pink “Confirm your email” button to create your account.
You will receive an email confirmation with a confirmation link. Please follow the instructions in the email to create your password, confirm your account, and log in.
Connect the HubDB HQ to your HubSpot account
Once you have created your HubDB HQ account, you will need to connect it with your HubSpot portal.
Navigate to the login page.
Log into your HubDB HQ account.
Click the pink Connect to my portal now! button.
Select the portal you would like to connect to.
Review the requested permissions, then click Grant Access.
Connect additional HubSpot portals to your HubDB HQ
You can connect additional HubSpot portals to your HubDB HQ.
Once you have connected your first portal, navigate to the bottom of your table list.
Click on the link “Connect to another portal”.
NOTE: Once you have created your account and would like to log back in to continue to use your HubDB HQ please navigate to the login page to log in to begin editing.
