Once the app is installed will my contacts from Wix automatically sync to my HubSpot account?

No, installing the app will not automatically sync your Wix contacts to HubSpot. After you install the app, contacts will sync from Wix to HubSpot when they are created or updated. 


What are the default contact fields that sync from Wix to HubSpot?

When a contact is updated or created in Wix that contact will be updated or created in HubSpot. The default fields that will sync from Wix to HubSpot are:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Street
  • City
  • Zip
  • Country


How many Wix websites can I sync to one HubSpot portal?

You can only sync one Wix website to one HubSpot portal.

Can I sync custom form fields to contact properties in HubSpot?

Not currently. At the moment, you can only sync the default properties. However, the entire form submission will appear on the HubSpot contact timeline as an event.

Can I use Wix Form Submissions to create a list in HubSpot?

Yes, you can! When creating a list in HubSpot you will have the option to select Wix form as list criteria.
