What HubSpot subscription level do I need to be able to use HubDB HQ?

You must have access to the HubDB tool in HubSpot. The HubDB tool is currently included with the following HubSpot subscriptions:

  • Marketing Hub Enterprise
  • CMS Hub Professional
  • CMS Hub Enterprise

How many tables can you edit?

With HubDB HQ you can edit an unlimited number of tables across an unlimited number of HubSpot portals.

Can you use my HubDB HQ across different portals?

Yes, you can! You can connect an unlimited number of portals to your HubDB HQ. 

Can other users in your HubSpot portal use your HubDB HQ?

No. The HubDB HQ is associated with your email address that is connected to your HubSpot user. This allows you to use the HubDB HQ across multiple portals. 

Other users in your account can sign up for their own free HubDB HQ account. 

How to add a new column to a table?

  • Open the table by clicking the pencil icon in the far left column. 

  • Click the blue Tools box with the wrench icon.

  • Click the dark blue + Add Column button.

How to rearrange the columns of a table?

  • Open the table by clicking the pencil icon in the far left column. 

  • Click the blue Tools box with the wrench icon.

  • Click the three horizontal lines to the left of the column name, and hold. You can then drag the column up or down to rearrange the order of your columns.

How to export a table?

  • Open the table by clicking the pencil icon in the far left column. 

  • Click the blue Tools box with the wrench icon.

  • Select the file type you want to be exported (CSV, XLS, XLSX).

  • Choose where on your computer you want to save the file.

  • Press Save.
